Deposit & CancelLATION POLICY
At Miss Mae Hair, we value the time of both our clients and our team. As a small business, last - minute cancellations and no-shows have a big impact. Our stylists still need to be paid, and empty appointment times mean lost opportunities for other clients waiting to book in.

To better protect our teams time and avoid awkward cancellation fee conversations, we will now be taking deposits on future bookings. This way your appointment is secured, our stylists' time is respected, and we can continue offering the best possible service to everyone.
DEPOSITS:
- A 30% deposit will be required for all bookings.
- Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Cancellations & No-Shows:
If a deposit has been paid:
- Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, or if you fail to attend.

If a deposit has not been paid:
- Our standard cancellation policy still applies: you will be charged 50% off the booked service if you cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend your appointment.
